Foods, the essential part to keep alive and survive. Some people said that they eat to live. Some people said that they live to eat. Either you're eat-live or live-eat person, you have to eat or else, you die. Eating goods doesn't say much when money is inside. But the budget for healthy eating might cost you a dream, which is too much frustration while lingered at the market. Instant noodles might be the best choice.

But, cheap foods aren't that bad--the guilt might be they're cheap, that's all. Nothing's wrong to admit you can't buy good foods every month. So, here~ five cheap foods you can find in every market.

Eggs.

Eggs (duck or chicken-whatever it is) are the cheapest food you can buy. You can buy a set or few, according to your need. You can manipulate all kinds of recipe by using eggs-you fried, scrambles, boiled, whipped et cetera. I think you might heard the tale or myth about the unhealthy things of the egg. Wrong~ According to American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, eggs helps solving few disease such as:
  • Egg yolk contain Choline, which reduce the percentage of getting breast cancer. So, feel free to whip your egg yolk.
  • Egg yolk also contain lutein and zeaxanthin (two antioxidants) which increase the ability to see clear even you're in your golden.
  • Eat omelets a day can shrink your waist according to Louisiana State University test over obese people (it helps reducing 65 percent of their weight so, interested?)
  • It helps to sustain your weight (because eggs contain amino acids which helps your body to absorb).
  • White eggs can be used for facial mask (add honey, or well-blended cucumber- to fade the black spot)
Depending on the side dishes you add inside your egg and eating habits, special eggs might cost you some extra issues. I mean, disadvantages so, be careful with unhappy chicken eggs.

Bread

The best thing about bread is the power of fiber; the great source of your energy. So great for sandwich parties and moment (meal, lunch, dinner) but of course you have to be creative to attract your own taste. There are different kind of breads you can find at the nearest shop and of course, the most recognizable bread must be white bread for the wholemeal, which keep you full longer and contain thiamine, folate, magnesium, and vitamin E (check the nutrition label at the bread package). Others might be:

  • Rye: dark rye grain contain low glycemic index, it has high fiber content and good sources of magnesium and protein.

  • White bread does not have much calories-great for reducing weight.

Cucumber is much cheaper than broccoli. Agree? Of course. You can add cucumber in sandwich, salads, or side dishes. It taste delicious, mild and refreshing your taste bud. You know what's the best in cucumber? Try this:
  • Cucumber peels are rich insoluble fiber, while the softer part rich in soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber helps to clean inside your digestive system like a broom, while soluble fiber attracts water and helping to soften your stool (constipation dis-activated ~)

According to Muslim practice, eating raisins are good for memory and learning. Despite of its colour and wrinkly appearance, raisins are been considered better than candies.
