- Before you have *brunch, dinner or supper, please ensure your BMI. You should know better about your weight and height.
- If you usually go for a big serving, try the regular one, it won't kill you immediately.
- No supper, no supper and no supper.
- Try to love green thingie and fruities. Try to imagine them as something delicious, crave your desire to eat it.
- The best way; before you eat too much than your belly, try to imagine something gross (cow dung, swarming flies, your own shit, maggots, bloated-dead cat that you saw at the street or rotten rat).

After Payday
- Food court is calling your name; ignore them. Pack your brunch at home and don't be shame with it. That's legal. (save money for petrol, your time for traffic, and your energy for cursing).
- It's okay to eat instant noodles even after payday. That's how to ensure you still can enjoy eating until the crucial time.
- Eat wisely. Don't waste your leftover even you have money in the bank. Remember, what goes around comes around. Who knows one day you're deadly craving, then you remember your leftovers.
- While going out buying something, try to bring foods and drinks with you like a mineral water (if you ashamed to bring tumbler like a school kid) and biscuits. That will help you to avoid over budget while shopping.
- Whenever you cooked meats, cut it small. As long you can taste the meat and it still look like a meat, that's no wrong to enjoy it in smaller size.
- Use food coupons when you have one. Don't be shame when you used it. The power of 20%, 30%, 40% or half the price is priceless!
- Try to order one-dish fast food. For examples, seafood fried rice contain seafood items such as squids and prawns, green thingie, onion, anchovy and of course, rice. You have everything you need for your body.
- And remember, whatever you buy (foods, clothes, something-something)..do not afraid to ask the PRICE. Remember...the PRICE~
When you have problems in dieting
- Have a small amount in everything, but don't skip eating.
- Work out regularly. Try mopping your floor or washing your clothes with your hand, not machine.
- Don't buy too much food. It reminds you to eat it quickly, so buy enough according to your need.
- At restaurant, order just enough. If you tried more, try to remind yourself that everyone is laughing at your belly.
- Decorate your food like meats. At least, it helps to satisfy your eyes than taste.
- "Good foods are begin with gross things and ended as gross things"- try to nail that in your brain.
- Clear your junk section, try to separate yourself with it.
- Make a quick step at the store. Don't spend your time lingering too long while you go grocery.
- Always bring enough cash, it helps you to draw a line with foods territory.
While shopping or go for grocery.
- Don't trust "Last day sale". It will last for a week or a month. Believe me.
- Don't be trick by number "buy two with one price." If you need only one, just take one. It prevents you to waste money for two items when you just need one.
- Brand items are exclusive. Exclude yourself from it even you can afford it. You can have it next time, when you have more cash.
- Good packaging include its cost. Don't be trick with it.
- If large-buy is cheaper, try to do so. Watch for the expiration date when needed.
- Double check the price. Maybe the price display is different when you scan at the price scanner.
- Stick with something you want to buy, don't cross the line.
- If you okay with 'almost expired items but it won't kill you when you have that', buy it. Non food items are safely to used even it reaches the date. Foods? Try to consider the length of expiration. One week is still okay, you won't die.
- Buy something you used regularly whenever you go for grocery, it helps to save your petrol for going out many times.
- Bring your own shopping bag. Nowadays, you have to pay for the plastic in every Saturday. For small items, put it in your bag. Don't pay any cents just to put that small things into a plastic bag.
- Get out from the tempted area, the place you always pour your money like water whenever you go there.
- Don't be proud with cash in your bag. That's make you too confident to spend more and more.
